Company was prompt and courteous. My driver was efficient and kind as I was a nervous wreck after having a blowout tire on the highway when he showed up. Would recommend this driver/company.

The driver and the dispatcher were very friendly and helpful. The cost was cheaper than others because i had insurance. But still more than what i wanted to pay.

Getting a car towed on a Saturday morning is never a great start to the weekend. But I was glad these guys were available for a professional tow on a difficult-to-move car.

Professionalism at its best

Heather was our tow-er (sp?) & when I say that girl was on top of it, please believe that girl was on top of it! She got there long before the time we were quoted, she was super friendly & funny! She even went as far as to entertain our impromptu game of 20 questions (it was way more than 20 though) about how we too could start driving a wrecker (girl power activated- lol!) I really cannot say enough nice things about Heather & Patriot Towing! Thank you again!

The people who are on the phone help me get my quote for the first time on it and set up the time for when I ordered the tow quick and easy the driver even reassured me and everything that this is what he needed me to do feature the car well it didn't get damaged at all during the tow he didn't lollygag around he got it hooked up ready to go within 10 minutes of him being there did what he needed to do got there dropped it off again within 10 minutes and price for the tow was reasonable I would definitely u...

The driver was great. Heather loaded the car up and took it away. She was friendly. We waited 20 minutes from the time the call went in until she arrived.
