I didn't like i had to wait over and hour..the driver was professional and he did good job.

I overloaded my tundra with blocks and broke all my lugs making the wheel fall off. I called Willard's towing in Buford. They sent a guy out who said it couldn't be done. Left me stranded in a hot parking lot.I then called Patriot Towing. Great professional customer service, and Awesome Tow truck driver. He jacked my truck up. Customer service usually sucks in the towing industry from my experience. But Patriot Towing was a refreshing exception.From the first call, Cheree the Manager who helped with Dispatch was fantastic. She actually listened, asked great questions, gave helpful advice, and quickly got everything lined up. Within no time, Heather showed up to handle the tow.
