Driver dispatched and arrived with the appropriate flatbed, which we needed. Driver double checked the hight and route map to make sure he had clearance. Driver was friendly and didn’t mind transporting wife and I with our 2 dogs to the repair shop.

Dispatcher was very pleasant and knew the surrounding area where the car was disabled and where it needed to go for repair. The driver called while he was in route to give an ETA (15mins). He took care of the van and got it to where it needed to go. Payment was a breeze. Sent a text with a link
