From start to finish they were great. Called to confirm the pick up time, arrived early and navigated through a crowded area at the dealership to put my vehicle in a good spot. Josh Rooks, the Patriot driver, was outstanding. Very personable and genuinely concerned for my predicament. He deserves a raise. Patriot and Josh made an unpleasant situation painless.
