I was in a pinch and Patriot came through with flying colors. Prompt. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Professional. Helped me bypass a huge delay in terms of getting my vehicle to the dealership.

Driver showed up on time. He was friendly and was quick to take care of my tow.

I got myself into a little bit of a Situation where I got a piece of equipment stuck they were able to get it out and for a fair price. They were friendly and great people easy to work with highly recommend

They arrived exactly when they said they would. The dispatcher was super nice and professional. They double checked the drop off location. The Gentleman driving the tow truck answered questions about the tow truck for our four-year-old and was super nice. Highly recommend.

Our car was stuck in the garage, completely unresponsive, with a steep, curved driveway that’s tough to navigate. We had to turn away other drivers from a different company who simply didn’t have the ability to handle the job. Hunter, however, managed it with total professionalism and ease, safely getting the car onto the truck without any issues. I overloaded my tundra with blocks and broke all my lugs making the wheel fall off. I called Willard's towing in Buford. They sent a guy out who said it couldn't be done. Left me stranded in a hot parking lot.I then called Patriot Towing. Great professional customer service, and Awesome Tow truck driver. He jacked my truck up.
